[ARCHIVED] See the new Oakland Park video

On the rise city news

Voters approved a bond for a modern array of new city facilities, including City Park, the North Andrews Gardens Community Center, Fire Station 9, and Fire Station 20, which will support efforts to place more City operations on the west side of Oakland Park.

The City is working with NRI on a Public-Private Partnership (P3) to build the Sky Building on the west side of Dixie Highway, a mixed-use project that will house the new City Hall. The City is also working with Kaufman Lynn Falcone Group on the Horizon project, another mixed-use development that will include residential, retail, open space, and a platform for the Commuter Rail stop.
