The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has advised that westbound Floranada Road at North Federal Highway will be closed daily from Thursday, November 6, through Saturday, November 8, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to accommodate drainage improvement work in the westbound lane, just east of NE 20th Avenue.
During this period, eastbound traffic will remain open, and detours will be clearly posted to guide motorists around the work zone.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate routes, and allow extra travel time.
The City appreciates the community’s patience as FDOT completes these important drainage improvements.
