Playaway Audiobooks

Playaway audiobooks! Just plug in and press play—no Wi-Fi required. Checkout period is 14 days, and patrons may borrow one Playaway at a time.

Your Library is Now Fine Free!

Late fees will no longer accrue on materials borrowed from the Oakland Park Library, with the exception of Playaway tablets, and audiobooks.

All existing late fees on non-expired library cardholder accounts have been removed. If your card expired, library staff can remove the late fees when your card is updated.

Library cardholders are still financially responsible for lost or damaged items and are encouraged to return materials on time to make them available to others. Items are considered lost when they are 35 days past the due date.
