The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority plans to perform maintenance on the railroad crossing on Oakland Park Boulevard. West Oakland Park Boulevard, just west of I-95, will be closed to vehicular traffic in both directions from Friday, August 5th at 9 p.m. to Friday, August 12th at 11:59 p.m.
The closure may be extended in the event of inclement weather. The closure will allow workers to safely perform necessary repairs to the railway crossing. Drivers should plan ahead and expect delays. We thank our residents for their patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
