North Andrews Gardens Community Center has two rooms available, with kitchen, refrigerator, tables and chairs. With a capacity of 115 people this facility is more suited to smaller groups. North Andrews Gardens Community Center is adjacent to a playground and an outdoor basketball court.

Fees: Residents $80/hour (2 hr. min. + tax) after 10:00 pm $100/hour 
Non-residents $135/hour (2 hr. min. + tax) after 10:00 pm $150/hour 
Non-profit $25/hour Security Deposit: $100 (refunded in full less any additional fees)
