To learn more about Oakland Park Square, view the recent public presentation on the proposed project on the City's two parcels of property at the Downtown intersection of Dixie Highway and NE 38th Street/Park Place East.
The CRA's July 10 presentation updated the status of this proposed mixed-used development project in the heart of Oakland Park's Downtown, including details of the development and its impact on energizing the City's Downtown from both a financial and aesthetic standpoint.
