COVID-19 Vaccine Location Information
COVID-19 vaccination sites are open to Florida residents 18+. Residents 16-17 can get a vaccine with parent or guardian consent.
Appointments are required. Call 866-201-6313 or visit myvaccine.fl.gov to pre-register for an appointment at a state-run vaccine site. People who register will be notified when an appointment becomes available.
In addition to the state-run sites, Florida has many places that are providing the COVID-19 vaccine including: CVS, Publix, Sam's Club, Walmart and Winn-Dixie. Use the vaccine locator to find a site near you. Supplies are limited and appointments may be required.
