Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the City of Oakland Park General Employees’ Pension Plan will conduct a virtual meeting of the Board of Trustees on June 3, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted exclusively using electronic communications media technology.
Notice is hereby given that due to the state of emergency created by COVID-19, the Pension Board will not be meeting in person; rather, the meeting will utilize communication media technology. Pursuant to Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 issued on March 20, 2020, which was extended by Executive Order Number 20-112, “Local government bodies may utilize communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing, as provided in Section 120.54(5)(b)2. Florida Statues.” Video conference and phone programs are available for the public per the instructions.

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all City facilities continue to be closed, including City Hall. The June 3, 2020 City Commission Meeting will be held per Governor's Executive Order 20-69, which was extended by EO 20-112, and can be viewed remotely via live webstream on the City's website, Comcast/Xfinity Channel 78, or AT&T Channel 99.
