Neighborhood Association Meetings

  1. Neighborhood Participation Meeting- Recreational Design Construction, Inc.

    November 14, 2019, 7:00 PM @ Collins Community Center

The applicant for a proposed construction of an accessory building (two-car garage) located at 3990 N. Powerline Road has scheduled a Neighborhood Participation Meeting pursuant to the City’s Neighborhood Participation Ordinance. After the applicant holds the required Neighborhood Participation meeting(s), a site plan application will be reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC). The DRC will review the plan for compliance with the applicable Codes. After the initial DRC meeting (to be scheduled at a later date), comments provided by the DRC must be addressed adequately; a resubmittal may be necessary. After the DRC hearing, the applicant may apply for construction permits. Note: At the time of Neighborhood Participation stage in the process, staff has had conversations with the applicant, but until such time that a formal application and review are conducted, it is difficult to ascertain the approvals that may or may not be required as the application is processed.
