Enhance Fitness

Our very own Steve Mattair will warmly welcome you and walk you through our Enhance® Fitness program.This is a moderate-impact, evidence-based group exercise program for older adults that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active throughout their life.

We meet on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10-11 a.m. at Collins Community Center
